HOT MAT PILATES

Method: We combine traditional Pilates principles with dynamic mat repertoires, focusing on intentional sequencing, smooth flow, and core strength. Props are used thoughtfully to either support or challenge your movement, making every class purposeful, effective, and engaging.

The Experience: Every Hot Mat Pilates class is intentionally layered and sequenced to keep you moving with purpose and creativity for a full-body exercise. The flows will challenge your strength, stability, and endurance. No boring Pilates here, every class is designed to keep your body guessing and your Pilates practice fresh.

TONE ELEVATE

Method: This class is a Pilates-inspired circuit that moves you through 2 flows of interval-based rounds, built with the same intentional layering and sequencing of a Pilates class. Grounded in core Pilates principles, the class is designed to elevate your form, muscular strength and functional movement.

The Experience: Tone Elevate offers a more structured and progressive take on our signature Pilates style. Each round is designed to refine technique first, then gradually increase challenge through thoughtful layering and flow. You’ll move with purpose, balancing control and precision with moments of higher energy. The focus stays on the quality of movement and perfecting your form. It is a class that will keep you wanting more.

HOT POWER YOGA

Method: A dynamic and flowing Vinyasa-based practice that combines mindful movement with repetitions of sun salutations, challenging poses, and full-body sequences. Classes focus on building flexibility, strength, resilience, and awareness on the mat, guiding you to move with intention while exploring both familiar and more demanding postures.

The Experience: Our classes take you through standing and seated poses, sequences of sun salutations, and challenging asanas that encourage deep stretches, shoulder and hip opening, and mindful coordination of movement and breath. The infrared-heated room enhances the practice, helping you work up a sweat while supporting flexibility and recovery.

WARM YIN YOGA

Method: Slow and meditative, Yin poses are held passively for a prolonged period. It targets your deep connectivity tissue (fascia) and aims to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The warm room facilitates deep release to improve tightness in the hips and shoulder, also great for rehabilitation after an injury.

The Experience: This is your time to silent the mind-chatter and allow the release of physical and mental tension. Our warm Yin class is a compliment to active classes, leaving you feeling recharged and realigned.

Suitability: All levels. Pregnancy require approval from your health care professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive, so they can make any relevant modifications.

MUMS AND BUBS PILATES

TONE MUMMAS

Method: A Mat Pilates class designed to accommodate your changing body through pre and post natal. The class focuses on building strength, activate deep core connection, improving alignment and relieving pain and aches caused by pregnancy and caring for your baby.

The Experience: Whether you are looking to continue exercising during pregnancy or starting your recovery, our classes are here to help you feel your confident best. New mummas are welcome to BYO baby. Discover a friendly community and personalised care as you embrace this special chapter of motherhood.

Suitability: All stages of pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum mums cleared by health professional to return to exercising.

Duration: 45 minutes

Temp: Non-heated

Bambinos up to 12 months are welcome. Bring along a pram, carrier or play mats provide a safe station for them at the side of your workout space
